Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Booking before 1 day without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling a Booking is 1 day before the date on which Your journey commences.

If it is pickup Service, Cancellation of Booking must be done before 2 days. If the car/Taxi already started the journey to the pickup destination, No refunds can be claimed.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform Us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the cancel request. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Booking, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any Booking that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
